October Wins

October was a great month for our business. We went live on 4 infrastructure projects and 2 enterprise wide client side project management deployments commenced their roll-out. There was also a major upgrade to the Guide application owned by AECOM and powered by UniPhi. Read on below for more detail.

Commercial management and project controls on major infrastructure

Over the past 12 months, UniPhi has been deployed on over $100bn worth of infrastructure spend to support design engineers to implement project controls and streamline the commercial management of their projects. Example projects include:

  1. Melbourne Metro and Rail Projects Victoria - various phases and components with four separate deployments across the authorities scope of works
  2. Sydney Metro - various phases and components with four separate deployments on across the authorities scope of works
  3. Warringah Freeway - Jacobs/Arcadis design team for the contractor (CPB)
  4. Sydney Gateway - AECOM/Arcadis JV design team

el al.

The end result of these wins has been a significant growth in our user base.

We will be sharing these successes with project controls professionals next week at the Project Controls Expo at the salubrious MCG in Melbourne. Let us know in the comments if we'll see you there.

With many more infrastructure projects being initiated globally, we look forward to taking what we've done here in Australia to our international networks next year.
